﴿أَرْسِلْهُ مَعَنَا غَدًا يَرْتَعْ وَيَلْعَبْ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ﴾

کل اسے ہمارے ساتھ بھیج دیجیئے کہ خوب میوے کھائے اور کھیلے کودے۔ ہم اس کے نگہبان ہیں
Surah Yusuf Full Urdu(1) کھیل اور تفریح کا رجحان، انسان کی فطرت میں شامل ہے۔ اسی لئے جائز کھیل اور تفریح پر اللہ تعالٰی نے کسی دور میں بھی پابندی عائد نہیں کی۔ اسلام میں بھی اجازت ہے لیکن مشروط۔ یعنی ایسے کھیل اور تفریح جائز جن میں شرع قباحت نہ ہو یا محرمات تک پہنچنے کا ذریعہ بنیں۔ چنانچہ حضرت یعقوب (عليه السلام) نے بھی کھیل کود کی حد تک کوئی اعتراض نہیں کیا۔ البتہ یہ خدشہ ظاہر کیا کہ تم کھیل کود میں مدہوش ہو جاؤ اور اسے بھڑیا کھا جائے، کیونکہ کھلے میدانوں اور صحراؤں میں وہاں بھیڑیئے عام تھے۔

کل اسے ہمارے ساتھ بھیج د یجیے، کچھ چر چگ لے گا اور کھیل کود سے بھی دل بہلائے گا ہم اس کی حفاظت کو موجود ہیں"

(12:12) Send him with us tomorrow that he may freely eat and enjoy sport: we will take good care of him. " *11

*11) In this thing also the Qur'an differs from the Bible and the Talmud, according to which it was not the brothers, who requested their father to send Joseph with them but Prophet Jacob himself sent him with an errand to Shechem, where they were feeding their father's flocks. Obviously the version of the Qur'an is more realistic, for Prophet Jacob could never have thought of sending his beloved son with there, because he knew it full well that they were envious of hue, and sending him there would have been sending Joseph deliberately into the jaws of death.

- (کافر) کہتے ہیں کیا ہم الٹے پاؤں پھر لوٹ جائیں گے
- جب پانی طغیانی پر آیا تو ہم نے تم (لوگوں) کو کشتی میں سوار کرلیا
- (ایسا کہنے والو یہ تو) تم بری بات (زبان پر) لائے ہو
