﴿وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ ۗ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 121]

Ayat With Urdu Translation

اور جس چیز پر خدا کا نام نہ لیا جائے اسے مت کھاؤ کہ اس کا کھانا گناہ ہے اور شیطان (لوگ) اپنے رفیقوں کے دلوں میں یہ بات ڈالتے ہیں کہ تم سے جھگڑا کریں اور اگر تم لوگ ان کے کہے پر چلے تو بےشک تم بھی مشرک ہوئے

Surah Al-Anam Full Urdu

(1) یعنی عمداً اللہ کا نام جس جانور پر نہ لیا گیا، اس کا کھانا فسق اور ناجائز ہے۔ حضرت ابن عباس (رضي الله عنه) نے اس کے یہی معنی بیان کئے ہیں وہ کہتے ہیں کہ بھول جانے والے کو فاسق نہیں کہا جاتا اور امام بخاری کا رجحان بھی یہی ہے اور یہی احناف کا مسلک ہے تاہم امام شافعی کامسلک یہ ہے کہ مسلمان کا ذبیحہ دونوں صورتوں میں حلال ہے چاہے وہ اللہ کا نام لے یا عمداً چھوڑ دے اور وہ ”وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ“ کو غیر اللہ کے نام پر ذبح کئے گئے جانور سے متعلق قرار دیتے ہیں۔
(2) شیطان نے اپنے ساتھیوں کے ذریعے سے یہ بات پھیلائی کہ یہ مسلمان اللہ کے ذبح کئے ہوئے جانور (یعنی مردہ) کو تو حرام اور اپنے ہاتھ سے ذبح شدہ کو حلال قرار دیتے ہیں اور دعویٰ یہ کرتے ہیں کہ ہم اللہ کو ماننے والے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا کہ شیطان اور اس کے دوستوں کے وسوسوں کے پیچھے مت لگو، جو جانور مردہ ہے یعنی بغیر ذبح کئے مر گیا (سوائے سمندری میتہ کے کہ وہ حلال ہے) اس پر چونکہ اللہ کا نام نہیں لیا گیا، اس لئے اس کا کھانا حلال نہیں ہے۔

اور جس جانور کو اللہ کا نام لے کر ذبح نہ کیا گیا ہو اس کا گوشت نہ کھاؤ، ایسا کرنا فسق ہے شیاطین اپنے ساتھیوں کے دلوں میں شکوک و اعتراضات القا کرتے ہیں تاکہ وہ تم سے جھگڑا کریں لیکن اگر تم نے اُن کی اطاعت قبول کر لی تو یقیناً تم مشرک ہو

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(6:121) Do not eat of (the animal) over which the name of Allah has not been pronounced (at the time of its slaughtering), for that is a transgression. And behold, the evil ones do inspire doubts and objections into the hearts of their friends so that they dispute with you; *86 but if you obey them, you will surely yourselves turn into those who associate others with Allah in His divinity. *87

*86). It has been reported in a tradition transmitted by 'Abd Allah b. 'Abbas that the Jewish religious scholars used to prompt the ignorant people of Arabia to address many enquiries to the Prophet (peace be on him) so as to discredit him. One of the questions they taught them to ask was: 'Why is it that an animal killed by (the act of) God should be deemed prohibited, while one killed by us is considered lawful?'This is a common example of the warped mentality of the People of the Book. They strained their minds to contrive such questions so as to create doubts in people's minds and to provide them with intellectual weapons in their fight against the Truth.
*87). To acknowledge the overlordship of God, yet to follow at the same time the orders and ways of those who have turned away from Him, amounts to associating others with God in His divinity. True belief in the unity of God consists in orienting one's entire life to the obedience and service of God. Those who believe that any other being besides God is to he acknowledged in principle as having an independent claim on man's unreserved obedience should know that such acknowledgement amounts to associating others with God in His divinity at the level of belief. On the other hand, if they actually do obey those who, in sheer disregard of God's guidance and injunctions, arrogate to themselves the right to declare according to their whims certain things to be lawful and others to be unlawful, and to bid and forbid people as they please, this amounts to associating others with God in His divinity at the level of action.

Wala takuloo mimma lam yuthkari ismu Allahi AAalayhi wainnahu lafisqun wainna alshshayateena layoohoona ila awliyaihim liyujadilookum wain ataAAtumoohum innakum lamushrikoona

English - Sahih International

And do not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned, for indeed, it is grave disobedience. And indeed do the devils inspire their allies [among men] to dispute with you. And if you were to obey them, indeed, you would be associators [of others with Him].

और जिस (ज़बीहे) पर ख़ुदा का नाम न लिया गया उसमें से मत खाओ (क्योंकि) ये बेशक बदचलनी है और शयातीन तो अपने हवा ख़वाहों के दिल में वसवसा डाला ही करते हैं ताकि वह तुमसे (बेकार) झगड़े किया करें और अगर (कहीं) तुमने उनका कहना मान लिया तो (समझ रखो कि) बेशुबहा तुम भी मुशरिक हो

যেসব জন্তুর উপর আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারিত হয় না, সেগুলো থেকে ভক্ষণ করো না; এ ভক্ষণ করা গোনাহ। নিশ্চয় শয়তানরা তাদের বন্ধুদেরকে প্রত্যাদেশ করে-যেন তারা তোমাদের সাথে তর্ক করে। যদি তোমরা তাদের আনুগত্য কর, তোমরাও মুশরেক হয়ে যাবে।
