Surah fatah Ayat 20 in Urdu - سورہ فتح کی آیت نمبر 20
﴿وَعَدَكُمُ اللَّهُ مَغَانِمَ كَثِيرَةً تَأْخُذُونَهَا فَعَجَّلَ لَكُمْ هَٰذِهِ وَكَفَّ أَيْدِيَ النَّاسِ عَنكُمْ وَلِتَكُونَ آيَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا﴾
[ الفتح: 20]
خدا نے تم سے بہت سی غنیمتوں کا وعدہ فرمایا کہ تم ان کو حاصل کرو گے سو اس نے غنیمت کی تمہارے لئے جلدی فرمائی اور لوگوں کے ہاتھ تم سے روک دیئے۔ غرض یہ تھی کہ یہ مومنوں کے لئے (خدا کی) قدرت کا نمونہ ہو اور وہ تم کو سیدھے رستے پر چلائے
Surah Al-Fath Full Urdu
(1) یہ دیگر فتوحات کےنتیجے میں حاصل ہونے والی غنیمتوں کی خوش خبری ہے جو قیامت تک مسلمانوں کو حاصل ہونے والی ہیں۔
(2) یعنی فتح خیبر یا صلح حدیبیہ، کیونکہ یہ دونوں تو فوری طور پر مسلمانوں کو حاصل ہوگئیں۔
(3) حدیبیہ میں کافروں کے ہاتھ اور خیبر میں یہودیوں کے ہاتھ اللہ نے روک دیئے، یعنی ان کے حوصلے پست کر دیئے اور وہ مسلمانوں سے مصروف پیکار نہیں ہوئے۔
(4) یعنی لوگ اس واقعے کا تذکرہ پڑھ کر اندازہ لگا لیں گے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ قلت تعداد کے باوجود مسلمانوں کا محافظ اور دشمنوں پر ان کو غالب کرنے والا ہے یا یہ روک لینا، تمام موعودہ باتوں میں رسول اللہ (صلى الله عليه وسلم) کی صداقت کی نشانی ہے۔
(5) یعنی ہدایت پر استقامت عطا فرمائے یا اس نشانی سے تمہیں ہدایت میں اور زیادہ کرے۔

اللہ تم سے بکثرت اموال غنیمت کا وعدہ کرتا ہے جنہیں تم حاصل کرو گے فوری طور پر تو یہ فتح اس نے تمہیں عطا کر دی اور لوگوں کے ہاتھ تمہارے خلاف اٹھنے سے روک دیے، تاکہ یہ مومنوں کے لیے ایک نشانی بن جائے اور اللہ سیدھے راستے کی طرف تمہیں ہدایت بخشے
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(48:20) Allah has promised you abundant spoils which you shall acquire. *35 He has instantly granted you this (victory) *36 and has restrained the hands of people from you *37 that it may be a Sign for the believers *38 and He may guide you to a Straight Way. *39
Allah has promised you much booty that you will take [in the meaning
*35) This refers to the other victories that the Muslim achieved successively after Khaiber.
*36) This implies the treaty of Hudaibiyah which has been described as "a manifest victory" in the beginning of the Surah.
*37) That is, "He restrained the disbelieving Quraish from attacking you at Hudaibiyah although from all appearances they were in a much better position and yours was a much weaker side militarily." Furthermore, it also implies that no enemy power could muster courage to attack Madinah in those days, whereas after the departure of 1,400 soldiers the Madinah front had become very weak, and the Jews, the polytheists and hypocrites could take advantage of the situation.
*38) Sign of this as to how Allah helps the one who remains steadfast on obedience to Allah and His Messenger and comes out to support and defend the Truth and righteousness with his trust and faith in Allah.
*39) "To the right way" : "To the way of greater insight and faith so that you may remain steadfast on obedience to Allah and His Messenger in the future and may go on marching on the way of truth with trust in AIlah, and may learn this lesson from these experiences that the believer should take practical steps to do whatever is demanded by Allahs Religion with his trust in Him, and should not overestimate either his own strength or the strength of the unbelievers."

WaAAadakumu Allahu maghanima katheeratan takhuthoonaha faAAajjala lakum hathihi wakaffa aydiya alnnasi AAankum walitakoona ayatan lilmumineena wayahdiyakum siratan mustaqeeman

Allah has promised you much booty that you will take [in the future] and has hastened for you this [victory] and withheld the hands of people from you - that it may be a sign for the believers and [that] He may guide you to a straight path.

ख़ुदा ने तुमसे बहुत सी ग़नीमतों का वायदा फरमाया था कि तुम उन पर काबिज़ हो गए तो उसने तुम्हें ये (ख़ैबर की ग़नीमत) जल्दी से दिलवा दीं और (हुबैदिया से) लोगों की दराज़ी को तुमसे रोक दिया और ग़रज़ ये थी कि मोमिनीन के लिए (क़ुदरत) का नमूना हो और ख़ुदा तुमको सीधी राह पर ले चले
