﴿وَمَا كَانَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ أَن يُفْتَرَىٰ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَلَٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ﴾
[ يونس: 37]

اور یہ قرآن ایسا نہیں کہ خدا کے سوا کوئی اس کو اپنی طرف سے بنا لائے۔ ہاں (ہاں یہ خدا کا کلام ہے) جو (کتابیں) اس سے پہلے (کی) ہیں۔ ان کی تصدیق کرتا ہے اور ان ہی کتابوں کی (اس میں) تفصیل ہے اس میں کچھ شک نہیں (کہ) یہ رب العالمین کی طرف سے (نازل ہوا) ہے

Surah Yunus Full Urdu

(1) جو اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ یہ قرآن گھڑا ہوا نہیں ہے، بلکہ اسی ذات کا نازل کردہ ہے جس نے پچھلی کتابیں نازل فرمائیں تھیں۔
(2) یعنی حلال و حرام اور جائز ناجائز کی تفصیل بیان کرنے والا۔
(3) اس کی تعلیمات میں، اس کے بیان کردہ قصص و واقعات میں اور مستقبل میں پیش آنے والے واقعات کے بارے میں۔
(4) یہ سب باتیں واضح کرتی ہیں کہ یہ رب العالمین ہی کی طرف سے نازل ہوا ہے، جو ماضی اور مستقبل کو جاننے والا ہے۔

Surah Yunus Ayat 37 meaning in urdu

اور یہ قرآن وہ چیز نہیں ہے جو اللہ کی وحی و تعلیم کے بغیر تصنیف کر لیا جائے بلکہ یہ تو جو کچھ پہلے آ چکا تھا اس کی تصدیق اور الکتاب کی تفصیل ہے اِس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ یہ فرمانروائے کائنات کی طرف سے ہے

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(10:37) And this Qur'an is such that it could not be composed by any unless it be revealed from Allah. It is a confirmation of the revelation made before it and a detailed exposition of the Book. *45 Beyond doubt it is from the Lord of the universe.

And it was not [possible] for this Qur'an to be produced by meaning

*45).The statement that it is 'a confirmation of the revelation made before it' underscores that the Qur'an lays no claim of introducing anything novel, of coming forth with any innovation at variance with the fundamental teachings already communicated to man through the Prophets (peace be on them). The Qur'anic claim merely consists of confirming and authenticating those teachings. Had the Qur'an been the product of the imagination of the founder of an altogether new religion, the outcome of a creative brain, it would have borne traces of novelty in order to emphasize its distinctiveness.
The second part of the statement, namely that the Qur'an is a 'detailed exposition of the Book' is equally significant. What this means is that the Qur'an elaborates those fundamental teachings which constitute the core and essence of all the scriptures (al-Kitab); that is, those teachings which have been sufficiently elucidated in the Qur'an so that they might be grasped by people and penetrate their hearts; and additionally, it has been shown how those teachings could be applied to practical life.

Wama kana hatha alquranu an yuftara min dooni Allahi walakin tasdeeqa allathee bayna yadayhi watafseela alkitabi la rayba feehi min rabbi alAAalameena

English - Sahih International

And it was not [possible] for this Qur'an to be produced by other than Allah, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.

Quran Hindi translation

और ये कुरान ऐसा नहीं कि खुदा के सिवा कोई और अपनी तरफ से झूठ मूठ बना डाले बल्कि (ये तो) जो (किताबें) पहले की उसके सामने मौजूद हैं उसकी तसदीक़ और (उन) किताबों की तफ़सील है उसमें कुछ भी शक़ नहीं कि ये सारे जहाँन के परवरदिगार की तरफ से है

আর কোরআন সে জিনিস নয় যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কেউ তা বানিয়ে নেবে। অবশ্য এটি পূর্ববর্তী কালামের সত্যায়ন করে এবং সে সমস্ত বিষয়ের বিশ্লেষণ দান করে যা তোমার প্রতি দেয়া হয়েছে, যাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই-তোমার বিশ্বপালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে।
