﴿الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتُ بَعْضُهُم مِّن بَعْضٍ ۚ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمُنكَرِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ ۚ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ﴾
[ التوبة: 67]

Ayat With Urdu Translation

منافق مرد اور منافق عورتیں ایک دوسرے کے ہم جنس (یعنی ایک طرح کے) ہیں کہ برے کام کرنے کو کہتے اور نیک کاموں سے منع کرتے اور (خرچ کرنے سے) ہاتھ بند کئے رہتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے خدا کو بھلا دیا تو خدا نے ان کو بھلا دیا۔ بےشک منافق نافرمان ہیں

Surah At-Tawbah Full Urdu

(1) منافقین، جو حلف اٹھا کر مسلمان باور کراتے تھے کہ ”ہم تم ہی میں سے ہیں“، اللہ تعالٰی نے اس کی تردید فرمائی، کہ ایمان والوں سے ان کا کیا تعلق؟ البتہ یہ سب منافق، چاہے مرد ہوں یا عورتیں، ایک ہی ہیں، یعنی کفر ونفاق میں ایک دوسرے سے بڑھ کر ہیں۔ آگے ان کی صفات بیان کی جا رہی ہیں جو مومنین کی صفات کے بالکل الٹ اور برعکس ہیں۔
(2) اس سے مراد بخل ہے۔ یعنی مومن کی صفت اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنا اور منافق کی اس کے برعکس بخل، یعنی اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے سے گریز کرنا ہے۔
(3) یعنی اللہ تعالٰی بھی ان سے ایسا معاملہ کرے گا کہ گویا اس نے انہیں بھلا دیا۔ جس طرح دوسرے مقام پر فرمایا: «الْيَوْمَ نَنْسَاكُمْ كَمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا» ( سورة الجاثية: 34) ”آج ہم تمہیں اس طرح بھلا دیں گے جس طرح تم ہماری ملاقات کے اس دن کو بھولے ہوئے تھے“، مطلب یہ کہ جس طرح انہوں نے دنیا میں اللہ کے احکامات کو چھوڑے رکھا۔ قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالٰی انہیں اپنے فضل و کرم سے محروم رکھے گا گویا نسیان کی نسبت اللہ تعالٰی کی طرف علم بلاغت کے اصول مشاکلت کے اعتبار سے ہے ورنہ اللہ کی ذات نسیان سے پاک ہے۔ (فتح القدیر)

منافق مرد اور منافق عورتیں سب ایک دوسرے کے ہم رنگ ہیں برائی کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور بھلائی سے منع کرتے ہیں اور اپنے ہاتھ خیر سے روکے رکھتے ہیں یہ اللہ کو بھول گئے تو اللہ نے بھی انہیں بھلا دیا یقیناً یہ منافق ہی فاسق ہیں

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(9:67) The hypocrites, both men and women, are all of a kind: they enjoin what is evil and forbid what is good and withhold their hands from doing good. *75 They forgot Allah: then Allah also forgot them; indeed the hypocrites are the evil-doers.

The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin meaning

*75) These are the common characteristics of all hypocrites. All of them are interested in evil and inimical to good. If some one undertakes to do an evil thing, they would dedicate all their sympathies, counsels encouragements contributions. good wishes, praises and their approvals to such a one. They would join hands co accomplish that evil thing and persuade others to take part in it and encourage tire doer in every way. Moreover, they would show in every way their hearty pleasure if they perceived that that evil thing was progressing satisfactorily. On the other hand, if someone undertakes to do a good thing, they are shocked to Bear the very news of it for it pains their hearts; nay, they do not even like that such a thing should be undertaken at all. Then if they see some one coming forward to help it, they feel very uncomfortable and try their worst to hinder him from it and if he does not give it up, they would wish that he should fail in it. Then all of them have this common characteristic that they do not spend anything at all for good ends irrespective of the fact whether they be otherwise parsimonious or generous. At any rate, their wealth is either for hoarding or for evil deeds. As a matter of fact, they would spend large sums on evil works generously but would not be willing to spend a farthing for good things.

Almunafiqoona waalmunafiqatu baAAduhum min baAAdin yamuroona bialmunkari wayanhawna AAani almaAAroofi wayaqbidoona aydiyahum nasoo Allaha fanasiyahum inna almunafiqeena humu alfasiqoona

English - Sahih International

The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient.

Quran Hindi translation

मुनाफिक़ मर्द और मुनाफिक़ औरतें एक दूसरे के बाहम जिन्स हैं कि (लोगों को) बुरे काम का तो हुक्म करते हैं और नेक कामों से रोकते हैं और अपने हाथ (राहे ख़ुदा में ख़र्च करने से) बन्द रखते हैं (सच तो यह है कि) ये लोग ख़ुदा को भूल बैठे तो ख़ुदा ने भी (गोया) उन्हें भुला दिया बेशक मुनाफ़िक़ बदचलन है

মুনাফেক নর-নারী সবারই গতিবিধি একরকম; শিখায় মন্দ কথা, ভাল কথা থেকে বারণ করে এবং নিজ মুঠো বন্ধ রাখে। আল্লাহকে ভুলে গেছে তার, কাজেই তিনিও তাদের ভূলে গেছেন নিঃসন্দেহে মুনাফেকরাই নাফরমান।
