﴿وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ﴾
[ الحشر: 19]

اور ان لوگوں جیسے نہ ہونا جنہوں نے خدا کو بھلا دیا تو خدا نے انہیں ایسا کردیا کہ خود اپنے تئیں بھول گئے۔ یہ بدکردار لوگ ہیں

Surah Al-Hashr Full Urdu

(1) یعنی اللہ نے بطور جزا انہیں ایسا کر دیا کہ وہ ایسے عملوں سے غافل ہوگئے جن میں ان کا فائدہ تھا اور جن کے ذریعے سے وہ اپنے نفسوں کو عذاب الٰہی سے بچا سکتے تھے۔ یوں انسان خدا فراموشی سے خود فراموشی تک پہنچ جاتا ہے۔ اس کی عقل، اس کی صحیح رہنمائی نہیں کرتی، آنکھیں اس کو حق کا راستہ نہیں دکھاتیں اور اس کے کان حق کے سننے سے بہرے ہو جاتے ہیں۔ نتیجتاً اس سے ایسے کام سرزد ہوتے ہیں جس میں اس کی اپنی تباہی وبربادی ہوتی ہے۔

اُن لوگوں کی طرح نہ ہو جاؤ جو اللہ کو بھول گئے تو اللہ نے اُنہیں خود اپنا نفس بھلا دیا، یہی لوگ فاسق ہیں

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(59:19) And be not like those who forgot Allah and so He made them oblivious of themselves. *30 They are the wicked ones.

And be not like those who forgot Allah, so He made them meaning

*30) That is, forgetfulness of God inevitably leads to forgetfulness of one's own self. When man forgets that he is slave to the Almighty, he will inevitably form a wrong view of his position in the world, and his whole life will go wrong because of this basic errosr, Likewise, when he forgets that he is slave to nobody except AIIah, he does not serve the one whose slave actually he is not. This also is a grave and all-pervading misunderstanding, which corrupts his whole life. Man's real position in the world is that of a slave; he is not free and self-sufficient; and he is slave of only One God, and is no one else's slave beside Him. The person who, in not know this truth, does not in fact know himself. And the person who inspite of knowing this, forgets it at any moment, may commit an act at that very moment, which a disbeliever, or a polytheist or a man forgetful of God only would commit. Man's remaining firm and steadfast on the right path entirely depends on his remembering God at all times. For as soon as he, becomes heedless of Him. he becomes heedless of himself and this very heedlessness turns him into sinfulness.

phonetic Transliteration

Wala takoonoo kaallatheena nasoo Allaha faansahum anfusahum olaika humu alfasiqoona

English - Sahih International

And be not like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.

और उन लोगों के जैसे न हो जाओ जो ख़ुदा को भुला बैठे तो ख़ुदा ने उन्हें ऐसा कर दिया कि वह अपने आपको भूल गए यही लोग तो बद किरदार हैं

Quran Bangla tarjuma

তোমরা তাদের মত হয়ো না, যারা আল্লাহ তা’আলাকে ভুলে গেছে। ফলে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাদেরকে আত্ন বিস্মৃত করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই অবাধ্য।
