﴿كَذَٰلِكَ ۖ وَأَوْرَثْنَاهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ﴾
[ الدخان: 28]

اسی طرح (ہوا) اور ہم نے دوسرے لوگوں کو ان چیزوں کا مالک بنا دیا

Surah Ad-Dukhaan Full Urdu

(1) یعنی یہ معاملہ اسی طرح ہوا جس طرح بیان کیا گیا ہے۔
(2) بعض کے نزدیک اس سے مراد بنی اسرائیل ہیں۔ لیکن بعض کے نزدیک بنی اسرائیل کا دوبارہ مصر آنا تاریخی طور پر ثابت نہیں، اس لیے ملک مصر کی وارث کوئی اور قوم بنی۔ بنی اسرائیل نہیں۔

Surah dukhan Ayat 28 meaning in urdu

یہ ہوا اُن کا انجام، اور ہم نے دوسروں کو اِن چیزوں کا وارث بنا دیا

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(44:28) Thus it was; and We made another people inherit all that. *24

Thus. And We caused to inherit it another people. meaning

*24) Hadrat Hasan Basri says that "others" here implies the children of Israel, whom Allah made heirs of the land of Egypt after Pharaoh's people, and Qatadah says it implies the other people who inherited Egypt after the people of Pharaoh, for the Histories do not make any mention that the Israelites ever returned to Egypt after the exodus and inherited it. This same point has been disputed by the later commentators also. (For a detailed discussion, see AshShua'ra: 57-59 and the E.N.'s on it).
