Surah baqarah Ayat 31 in Urdu - سورہ بقرہ کی آیت نمبر 31
﴿وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ﴾
[ البقرة: 31]
اور اس نے آدم کو سب (چیزوں کے) نام سکھائے پھر ان کو فرشتوں کے سامنے کیا اور فرمایا کہ اگر تم سچے ہو تو مجھے ان کے نام بتاؤ

اس کے بعد اللہ نے آدمؑ کو ساری چیزوں کے نام سکھائے، پھر انہیں فرشتوں کے سامنے پیش کیا اور فرمایا "اگر تمہارا خیال صحیح ہے (کہ کسی خلیفہ کے تقرر سے انتظام بگڑ جائے گا) تو ذرا ان چیزوں کے نام بتاؤ"
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(2:31) Allah replied, "I know what you do not know." *41 After this he taught Adam the names of all things. *42 Then He set these before the angels and asked, "Tell Me the names of these things, if you are right (in thinking that the appointment of a vicegerent will cause disorder)".
And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He meaning
*42). The nature of man's knowledge is such that he acquires information of different things through their names. Hence it might be said that the sum total of man's knowledge consists of the names of things. To teach Adam the names of all things means, therefore, imparting the knowledge of those things. us.*43) you, only You, are All-Knowing, All Wise.'

WaAAallama adama alasmaa kullaha thumma AAaradahum AAala almalaikati faqala anbioonee biasmai haolai in kuntum sadiqeena

And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

और (आदम की हक़ीक़म ज़ाहिर करने की ग़रज़ से) आदम को सब चीज़ों के नाम सिखा दिए फिर उनको फरिश्तों के सामने पेश किया और फ़रमाया कि अगर तुम अपने दावे में कि हम मुस्तहके ख़िलाफ़त हैं। सच्चे हो तो मुझे इन चीज़ों के नाम बताओ

আর আল্লাহ তা’আলা শিখালেন আদমকে সমস্ত বস্তু-সামগ্রীর নাম। তারপর সে সমস্ত বস্তু-সামগ্রীকে ফেরেশতাদের সামনে উপস্থাপন করলেন। অতঃপর বললেন, আমাকে তোমরা এগুলোর নাম বলে দাও, যদি তোমরা সত্য হয়ে থাক।

- یہ ان (اعمال) کی سزا ہے جو تمہارے ہاتھوں نے آگے بھیجے ہیں۔ اور یہ
