﴿وَمَا تَكُونُ فِي شَأْنٍ وَمَا تَتْلُو مِنْهُ مِن قُرْآنٍ وَلَا تَعْمَلُونَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا كُنَّا عَلَيْكُمْ شُهُودًا إِذْ تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِ ۚ وَمَا يَعْزُبُ عَن رَّبِّكَ مِن مِّثْقَالِ ذَرَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَلَا أَصْغَرَ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَا أَكْبَرَ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ﴾
[ يونس: 61]

اور تم جس حال میں ہوتے ہو یا قرآن میں کچھ پڑھتے ہو یا تم لوگ کوئی (اور) کام کرتے ہو جب اس میں مصروف ہوتے ہو ہم تمہارے سامنے ہوتے ہیں اور تمہارے پروردگار سے ذرہ برابر بھی کوئی چیز پوشیدہ نہیں ہے نہ زمین میں نہ آسمان میں اور نہ کوئی چیز اس سے چھوٹی ہے یا بڑی مگر کتاب روشن میں (لکھی ہوئی) ہے

Surah Yunus Full Urdu

(1) اس آیت میں اللہ تعالٰی نے نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) اور مومنین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ وہ تمام مخلوقات کے احوال سے واقف ہے اور ہر لحظہ اور ہر گھڑی انسانوں پر اس کی نظر ہے۔ زمین آسمان کی کوئی بڑی چھوٹی چیز اس سے مخفی نہیں۔ یہ وہی مضمون ہے جو اس سے قبل سورۃ انعام، آیت 59میں گزر چکا ہےکہ ”اسی کے پاس غیب کے خزانے ہیں، جنہیں وہی جانتا ہے، اسے جنگلوں اور دریاؤں کی سب چیزوں کا علم ہے، اور کوئی پتہ نہیں جھڑتا مگر وہ اس کو جانتا ہے اور زمین کے اندھیروں میں کوئی دانہ اور کوئی ہری اور سوکھی چیز نہیں ہے مگر کتاب مبین میں (لکھی ہوئی) ہے“ اسی طرح سورۂ انعام کی آیت 38، اور سورۂ ھود کی آیت 6 میں بھی اس مضمون کو بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ جب واقعہ یہ ہے کہ وہ آسمان اور زمین میں موجود اشیاء کی حرکتوں کو جانتا ہے تو انسان اور جنوں کی حرکات و اعمال سے کیوں کر بےخبر رہ سکتا ہے جو اللہ کی عبادت کے مکلف اور مامور ہیں؟۔

وما تكون في شأن وما تتلو منه من قرآن ولا تعملون من عمل إلا كنا عليكم شهودا إذ تفيضون فيه وما يعزب عن ربك من مثقال ذرة في الأرض ولا في السماء ولا أصغر من ذلك ولا أكبر إلا في كتاب مبين

Surah Yunus Ayat 61 meaning in urdu

اے نبیؐ، تم جس حال میں بھی ہوتے ہو اور قرآن میں سے جو کچھ بھی سُناتے ہو، اور لوگو، تم بھی جو کچھ کرتے ہو اُس سب کے دوران میں ہم تم کو دیکھتے رہتے ہیں کوئی ذرہ برابر چیز آسمان اور زمین میں ایسی نہیں ہے، نہ چھوٹی نہ بڑی، جو تیرے رب کی نظر سے پوشیدہ ہو اور ایک صاف دفتر میں درج نہ ہو

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(10:61) (O Prophet!) Whatever you may be engaged in, whether you recite any portion of the Qur'an, or whatever else all of you are doing, We are witnesses to whatever you may be occupied with. Not even an atom's weight escapes your Lord on the earth or in the heaven, nor is there anything smaller or bigger than that, except that it is on record in a Clear Book. *64

*64). The purpose of the statement is to console the Prophet (peace be on him) and to warn his enemies. On the one hand, the Prophet (peace be on him) is being reassured that the resoluteness, diligence and perseverance which characterize his efforts in preaching the truth and attempting to reform people is well known to God. It can hardly be conceived that after entrusting to the Prophet (peace be on him) a perilous task that God would leave him alone, unassisted. God knows full well all what the Prophet (peace be on him) does, and is also well aware of how others behave towards him. At the same time what is being said also constitutes a warning to the Prophet's opponents. If they obstruct the efforts of the Messenger of the truth, of one engaged in reforming mankind out of sincerity and goodwill, there is no reason for them to assume that no one is observing their deeds, or that they will never be called to account. They ought to take heed for all their deeds are being duly recorded on the Divine Scroll.

phonetic Transliteration

Wama takoonu fee shanin wama tatloo minhu min quranin wala taAAmaloona min AAamalin illa kunna AAalaykum shuhoodan ith tufeedoona feehi wama yaAAzubu AAan rabbika min mithqali tharratin fee alardi wala fee alssamai wala asghara min thalika wala akbara illa fee kitabin mubeenun

English - Sahih International

And, [O Muhammad], you are not [engaged] in any matter or recite any of the Qur'an and you [people] do not do any deed except that We are witness over you when you are involved in it. And not absent from your Lord is any [part] of an atom's weight within the earth or within the heaven or [anything] smaller than that or greater but that it is in a clear register.

Quran Hindi translation

(और ऐ रसूल) तुम (चाहे) किसी हाल में हो और क़ुरान की कोई सी भी आयत तिलावत करते हो और (लोगों) तुम कोई सा भी अमल कर रहे हो हम (हम सर वक़त) जब तुम उस काम में मशग़ूल होते हो तुम को देखते रहते हैं और तुम्हारे परवरदिगार से ज़र्रा भी कोई चीज़ ग़ायब नहीं रह सकती न ज़मीन में और न आसमान में और न कोई चीज़ ज़र्रे से छोटी है और न उससे बढ़ी चीज़ मगर वह रौशन किताब लौहे महफूज़ में ज़रुर है

বস্তুতঃ যে কোন অবস্থাতেই তুমি থাক এবং কোরআনের যে কোন অংশ থেকেই পাঠ করা কিংবা যে কোন কাজই তোমরা কর অথচ আমি তোমাদের নিকটে উপস্থিত থাকি যখন তোমরা তাতে আত্ননিয়োগ কর। আর তোমার পরওয়ারদেগার থেকে গোপন থাকে না একটি কনাও, না যমীনের এবং না আসমানের। না এর চেয়ে ক্ষুদ্র কোন কিছু আছে, না বড় যা এই প্রকৃষ্ট কিতাবে নেই।
