Surah Al Araaf Ayat 63 in Urdu - سورہ اعراف کی آیت نمبر 63
﴿أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَن جَاءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنكُمْ لِيُنذِرَكُمْ وَلِتَتَّقُوا وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 63]
کیا تم کو اس بات سے تعجب ہوا ہے کہ تم میں سے ایک شخص کے ہاتھ تمہارے پروردگار کی طرف سے تمہارے پاس نصیحت آئی تاکہ وہ تم کو ڈرائے اور تاکہ تم پرہیزگار بنو اور تاکہ تم پر رحم کیا جائے
Surah Al-Araf Full Urdu(1) حضرت نوح (عليه السلام) اور حضرت آدم (عليه السلام) کے درمیان دس قرنوں یا دس پشتوں کا فاصلہ ہے ۔ حضرت نوح (عليه السلام) سے کچھ پہلے تک تمام لوگ اسلام پر قائم چلے آرہے تھے پھر سب سے پہلے توحید سے انحراف اس طرح آیا کہ اس قوم کے صالحین فوت ہوگئے تو ان کے عقیدت مندوں نے ان پر سجدہ گاہیں (عبادت خانے) قائم کردیں اور ان کی تصویریں بھی وہاں لٹکادیں، مقصد ان کا یہ تھا کہ اس طرح ان کی یاد سے وہ بھی اللہ کا ذکر کریں گے اور ذکرالٰہی میں ان کی مشابہت اختیار کریں گے ۔ جب کچھ وقت گزرا تو انہوں نے ان تصویروں کے مجسمے بنادئیے اور پھر کچھ اور عرصہ گزرنے کے بعد یہ مجسمے بتوں کی شکل اختیار کر گئے اور ان کی پوجا پاٹ شروع ہوگئی اور قوم نوح کے یہ صالحین وَدٌّ، سُوَاعٌ، يَعُوقُ، يَغوثُ اور نَسْرٌ معبود بن گئے ۔ ان حالات میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے حضرت نوح (عليه السلام) کو ان میں نبی بناکر بھیجا جنہوں نے ساڑھے نو سو سال تبلیغ کی ۔ لیکن تھوڑے سے لوگوں کے سوا، کسی نے آپ کی تبلیغ کا اثر قبول نہیں کیا بالآخر اہل ایمان کے سوا سب کو غرق کردیا گیا ۔ اس آیت میں بتلایا جارہا ہے کہ قوم نوح نے اس بات پر تعجب کا اظہار کیا کہ ان ہی میں کا ایک آدمی نبی بن کر آگیا جو انہیں اللہ کے عذاب سے ڈرا رہا ہے؟ یعنی ان کے خیال میں نبوت کے لئے انسان موزوں نہیں ۔

کیا تمہیں اس بات پر تعجب ہوا کہ تمہارے پاس خود تمہاری اپنی قوم کے ایک آدمی کے ذریعہ سے تمہارے رب کی یاد دہانی آئی تاکہ تمہیں خبردار کرے اور تم غلط روی سے بچ جاؤ اور تم پر رحم کیا جائے؟"

(7:63) Do you wonder that admonition should come to you from your Lord through a man from amongst yourselves that he may warn you, that you may avoid evil and that mercy may be shown to you?' *49
Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder meaning
*49). There were striking similarities between Muhammad and Noah (peace be on them). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) received the same treatment from his people as did Noah from his. The message that each of them sought to preach was also the same. Likewise, the doubts and objections raised by the people of Muhammad (peace be on him) with regard to his prophethood were the same as those raised by Noah's people several thousand years ago. Again, what Muhammad (peace be on him) said in response to the doubts and objections raised against him were exactly the same as what Noah had said.
The Qur'anic narration of the stories of the Prophets makes it amply clear that the attitude of the nations to whom the Prophets were sent had always been the same as that of the Makkans towards the Message of Muhammad (peace be on him). Apart from this, the accounts of the various Prophets and their people, display the same striking resemblances. Likewise, the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be on him) vindication of his teaching in response to the Makkans is identical with similar attempts by other Prophets to vindicate their teachings. So doing, the Qur'an seeks to emphasize that in the same way as the error and misguidance of which men become victims have remained essentially the same throughout the ages, the Message of God's Messengers has also been the same in all places and at all times. Again, there is a striking resemblance in the ultimate fate of all those peoples who reject the message of the Prophets and who persist in their erroneous and evil ways. This too has also been the same, namely utter destruction.

क्या तुम्हें उस बात पर ताअज्जुब है कि तुम्हारे पास तुम्ही में से एक मर्द (आदमी) के ज़रिए से तुम्हारे परवरदिगार का ज़िक्र (हुक्म) आया है ताकि वह तुम्हें (अज़ाब से) डराए और ताकि तुम परहेज़गार बनों और ताकि तुम पर रहम किया जाए
