﴿وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن نَّبِيٍّ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ﴾
[ الزخرف: 7]
اور کوئی پیغمبر ان کے پاس نہیں آتا تھا مگر وہ اس سے تمسخر کرتے تھے

کبھی ایسا نہیں ہوا کہ کوئی نبی اُن کے ہاں آیا ہو اور انہوں نے اُس کا مذاق نہ اڑایا ہو

(43:7) Yet never did a Prophet come to them but they mocked him. *5
But there would not come to them a prophet except that they meaning
*5) That is, if such absurdity and senselessness had barred the sending of a Prophet or a Book, no Prophet would ever have come to any nation nor a Book sent to it.

Wama yateehim min nabiyyin illa kanoo bihi yastahzioona
