﴿لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُمْ جُندٌ مُّحْضَرُونَ﴾
[ يس: 75]
(مگر) وہ ان کی مدد کی (ہرگز) طاقت نہیں رکھتے۔ اور وہ ان کی فوج ہو کر حاضر کیے جائیں گے
Surah Ya-Sin Full Urdu(1) جُنْدٌ سےمراد بتوں کےحمایتی اور ان کی طرف سے مدافعت کرنے والے، مُحْضَرُونَ دنیا میں ان کے پاس حاضرہونے والے۔ مطلب یہ ہے کہ یہ جن بتوں کو معبود سمجھتے ہیں، وہ ان کی مدد کیا کریں گے؟ وہ تو خود اپنی مدد کرنے سے بھی قاصر ہیں۔ انہیں کوئی برا کہے، ان کی مذمت کرے، تو یہی ان کی حمایت ومدافعت میں سرگرم ہوتے ہیں، نہ کہ خود ان کے وہ معبود۔

وہ اِن کی کوئی مدد نہیں کر سکتے بلکہ یہ لوگ الٹے اُن کے لیے حاضر باش لشکر بنے ہوئے ہیں

(36:75) Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. *62
They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for meaning
*62) That is, the poor false gods themselves are dependent upon their worshippers for their survival and their safety and their needs. But for their multitudes they could not survive as gods even for a day. These people are behaving as their humble servants. They are setting up and decorating their shrines; they carry out propaganda for them; they fight and quarrel with others for their sake. Then only arc thay recognized as gods. They are not the teal God, Who, whether someone recognizes Him or not, is ruling over the whole universe by His own might and authority.
