﴿رَضُوا بِأَن يَكُونُوا مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ﴾
[ التوبة: 87]

یہ اس بات سے خوش ہیں کہ عورتوں کے ساتھ جو پیچھے رہ جاتی ہیں۔ (گھروں میں بیٹھ) رہیں ان کے دلوں پر مہر لگا دی گئی ہے تو یہ سمجھتے ہی نہیں

Surah At-Tawbah Full Urdu

(1) دلوں پر مہر لگ جانا یہ مسلسل گناہوں کا نتیجہ ہوتا ہے۔ جس کی وضاحت پہلے کی جا چکی ہے، اس کے بعد انسان سوچنے سمجھنے کی صلاحیت سے عاری ہو جاتا ہے۔

ان لوگوں نے گھر بیٹھنے والیوں میں شامل ہونا پسند کیا اور ان کے دلوں پر ٹھپہ لگا دیا گیا، اس لیے ان کی سمجھ میں اب کچھ نہیں آتا

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(9:87) Those people chose to stay with those who had remained behind and a seal was set upon their hearts: therefore they do not understand anything now. *89

They were satisfied to be with those who stay behind, and their meaning

*89) "...they do not understand anything now," for they deliberately and intentionally chose the shameful way of staying at home with women, when they were required to go forth for Jihad, though they were healthy, physically fit and well-to-do, and professed Islam. Therefore, according to the Divine Law of Nature. a seal was set upon their hearts and they were bereft of those noble feelings which make one feel ashamed of adopting such a disgraceful conduct.

Radoo bian yakoonoo maAAa alkhawalifi watubiAAa AAala quloobihim fahum la yafqahoona

They were satisfied to be with those who stay behind, and their hearts were sealed over, so they do not understand.

ये इस बात से ख़ुश हैं कि पीछे रह जाने वालों (औरतों, बच्चों, बीमारो के साथ बैठे) रहें और (गोया) उनके दिल पर मोहर कर दी गई तो ये कुछ नहीं समझतें

তারা পেছনে পড়ে থাকা লোকদের সাথে থেকে যেতে পেরে আনন্দিত হয়েছে এবং মোহর এঁটে দেয়া হয়েছে তাদের অন্তরসমূহের উপর। বস্তুতঃ তারা বোঝে না।
