﴿وَلَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ إِذَا مَا أَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ قُلْتَ لَا أَجِدُ مَا أَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ تَوَلَّوا وَّأَعْيُنُهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُوا مَا يُنفِقُونَ﴾
[ التوبة: 92]

Ayat With Urdu Translation

اور نہ ان (بےسروسامان) لوگوں پر (الزام) ہے کہ تمہارے پاس آئے کہ ان کو سواری دو اور تم نے کہا کہ میرے پاس کوئی ایسی چیز نہیں جس پر تم کو سوار کروں تو وہ لوٹ گئے اور اس غم سے کہ ان کے پاس خرچ موجود نہ تھا، ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہہ رہے تھے

Surah At-Tawbah Full Urdu

(1) یہ مسلمانوں کے ایک دوسرے گروہ کا ذکر ہے جن کے پاس اپنی سواریاں بھی نہیں تھیں اور نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نے بھی انہیں سواریاں پیش کرنے سے معذرت کی جس پر انہیں اتنا صدمہ ہوا کہ بے اختیار ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو رواں ہوگئے، گویا مخلص مسلمان جو کسی بھی لحاظ سے معقول عذر رکھتے تھے اللہ تعالٰی نے جو ہر ظاہر باطن سے باخبر ہے ان کو جہاد میں شرکت سے مستثنٰی کر دیا۔ بلکہ حدیث میں آتا ہے کہ نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نے ان معذورین کے بارے میں جہاد میں شریک لوگوں سے فرمایا کہ ”تمہارے پیچھے مدینے میں کچھ لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں کہ تم جس وادی کو بھی طے کرتے ہو اور جس راستے پر چلتے ہو، تمہارے ساتھ وہ اجر میں برابر کے شریک ہیں“ صحابہ کرام (رضي الله عنهم) نے پوچھا۔ یہ کیوں کر ہو سکتا ہے جب کہ وہ مدینے میں بیٹھے ہیں؟ آپ (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نے فرمایا حَبَسَهُمُ الْعُذْرُ ( صحيح البخاري كتاب الجهاد، باب من حبسه العذر عن الغزو- وصحيح مسلم، كتاب الإمارة باب ثواب من حبسه عن الغزو مرض ....) ”عذر نے ان کو وہاں روک دیا ہے“۔

اسی طرح اُن لوگوں پر بھی کوئی اعتراض کا موقع نہیں ہے جنہوں نے خود آ کر تم سے درخواست کی تھی کہ ہمارے لیے سواریاں بہم پہنچائی جائیں، اور جب تم نے کہا کہ میں تمہارے لیے سواریوں کا انتظام نہیں کرسکتا تو وہ مجبوراً واپس گئے اور حال یہ تھا کہ ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو جاری تھے اور انہیں اس بات کا بڑا رنج تھا کہ وہ اپنے خرچ پر شریک جہاد ہونے کی مقدرت نہیں رکھتے

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(9:92) Likewise there can be no ground for criticising those people who came to you in person and requested you to provide them with mounts. For when you said to them, "I am unable to provide you with mounts, they returned with heavy hearts, their eyes overflowing with tears: they were filled with sorrow that they had no means of going forth for Jihad at their own expense. *93

Nor [is there blame] upon those who, when they came to you meaning

*93) Such people as felt a strong urge for Jihad but could not join it because of some really genuine excuse, will be counted by Allah among those who actually took part in it, even though they could not join it in person and do anything practically for it. This is because they were sincerely grieved at their absence from Jihad for no fault of theirs, just as a man of the world would be grieved if he were deprived of some lucrative business or of some high profit. AIlah considers such a one as on duty, because his heart was serving in the Way of Allah, though he had been deprived of active service on account of some genuine excuse. The Holy Prophet, while returning from Tabuk, stated the same thing like this: "There are some people at Al-Madinah (at this time) who have been travelling and marching all along with you through every valley. Naturally the Companions to whom he was speaking were wonder struck at this. So they asked, "While staying at Al-Madinah?" He replied, "Yes! while staying at AIMadinah! This is because they were compelled by the circumstances to stay behind at AI-Madinah: otherwise they would certainly have accompanied you. "

Wala AAala allatheena itha ma atawka litahmilahum qulta la ajidu ma ahmilukum AAalayhi tawallaw waaAAyunuhum tafeedu mina alddamAAi hazanan alla yajidoo ma yunfiqoona

English - Sahih International

Nor [is there blame] upon those who, when they came to you that you might give them mounts, you said, "I can find nothing for you to ride upon." They turned back while their eyes overflowed with tears out of grief that they could not find something to spend [for the cause of Allah].

और न उन्हीं लोगों पर कोई इल्ज़ाम है जो तुम्हारे पास आए कि तुम उनके लिए सवारी बाहम पहुँचा दो और तुमने कहा कि मेरे पास (तो कोई सवारी) मौजूद नहीं कि तुमको उस पर सवार करूँ तो वह लोग (मजबूरन) फिर गए और हसरत (व अफसोस) उसे उस ग़म में कि उन को ख़र्च मयस्सर न आया

Quran Bangla tarjuma

আর না আছে তাদের উপর যারা এসেছে তোমার নিকট যেন তুমি তাদের বাহন দান কর এবং তুমি বলেছ, আমার কাছে এমন কোন বস্তু নেই যে, তার উপর তোমাদের সওয়ার করাব তখন তারা ফিরে গেছে অথচ তখন তাদের চোখ দিয়ে অশ্রু বইতেছিল এ দুঃখে যে, তারা এমন কোন বস্তু পাচ্ছে না যা ব্যয় করবে।
