Surah hashr Ayat 18 in Urdu - سورہ حشر کی آیت نمبر 18
﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلْتَنظُرْ نَفْسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ﴾
[ الحشر: 18]
اے ایمان والوں! خدا سے ڈرتے رہو اور ہر شخص کو دیکھنا چاہیئے کہ اس نے کل (یعنی فردائے قیامت) کے لئے کیا (سامان) بھیجا ہے اور (ہم پھر کہتے ہیں کہ) خدا سے ڈرتے رہو بےشک خدا تمہارے سب اعمال سے خبردار ہے
Surah Al-Hashr Full Urdu
(1) اہل ایمان کو خطاب کرکے انہیں وعظ کیا جارہا ہے۔ اللہ سے ڈرنے کا مطلب ہے، اس نے جن چیزوں کے کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے، انہیں بجا لاؤ۔ جن سے روکا ہے، ان سے رک جاؤ، آیت میں یہ بطور تاکید دو مرتبہ فرمایا کیونکہ یہ تقویٰ (اللہ کا خوف) ہی انسان کو نیکی کرنے پر اور برائی سے اجتناب پر آمادہ کرتا ہے۔
(2) اسے کل سے تعبیر کرکے اس طرف بھی اشارہ فرما دیا کہ اس کا وقوع زیادہ دور نہیں، قریب ہی ہے۔
(3) چنانچہ وہ ہر ایک کو اس کے عمل کی جزا دے گا، نیک کو نیکی کی جزا اور بد کو بدی کی جزا۔

اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو، اللہ سے ڈرو، اور ہر شخص یہ دیکھے کہ اُس نے کل کے لیے کیا سامان کیا ہے اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو، اللہ یقیناً تمہارے اُن سب اعمال سے باخبر ہے جو تم کرتے ہو

(59:18) Believers, *28 fear Allah and let every person look to what he sends forward for the morrow. *29 Fear Allah; Allah is well aware of all that you do.
O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look meaning
*28) It is a rule of the Qur'an that whenever the hypocritical Muslims are taken to task for their hypocrisy, they are given admonition also so that whoever of them has some life left in his conscience, may feel remorse for his conduct and attitude and may make an effort, out of the fear of Allah, to come out of the pit into which his worship of the self has thrown him. This whole section (vv, 18-24) consists of such admonition.
*29) "For the morrow": for the Hereafter. That is, this whole worldly life is "today", whose "tomorrow" is the Day of Resurrection, which is going to follow it. Adopting this style Allah has, in a wise manner, made man understand the trnth that just as that person is highly foolish, who gambles away his all for the enjoyment of today and dces not realize whether tomorrow he would be left with anything to eat and a place of shelter or not, so is that person also only working for his own doom, who is too absorbed in making; his world to pay heed to the Hereafter, whereas the Hereafter is to follow this world just as today is to be followed by tomorrow, and there he would find nothing if he has sent nothing ahead for the morrow. Besides, the other wise point here is that every person has been appointed his own censor. Unless a person develops in himself the sense of what is good for him and what is evil, he cannot appreciate whether what he is doing will make his future in the Hereafter or mar it. And when this sense becomes active in himself, he will have to calculate and see for himself whether the way in which he is expending his time, his wealth, his energies and capabilities leads to Heaven or Hell. To do so is in his own interest; for if he does not do so he will ruin his own future itself,

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo ittaqoo Allaha waltanthur nafsun ma qaddamat lighadin waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha khabeerun bima taAAmaloona
English - Sahih International
O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow - and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do.

ऐ ईमानदारों ख़ुदा से डरो, और हर शख़्श को ग़ौर करना चाहिए कि कल क़यामत के वास्ते उसने पहले से क्या भेजा है और ख़ुदा ही से डरते रहो बेशक जो कुछ तुम करते हो ख़ुदा उससे बाख़बर है

- مگر تم لوگ تو دنیا کی زندگی کو اختیار کرتے ہو
- غرض جب وہ ان کے پاس ہماری طرف سے حق لے کر پہنچے تو کہنے
