﴿وَلَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ عِندِي خَزَائِنُ اللَّهِ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ وَلَا أَقُولُ إِنِّي مَلَكٌ وَلَا أَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ تَزْدَرِي أَعْيُنُكُمْ لَن يُؤْتِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا ۖ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ إِنِّي إِذًا لَّمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ﴾
[ هود: 31]

میں نہ تم سے یہ کہتا ہوں کہ میرے پاس خدا کے خزانے ہیں اور نہ یہ کہ میں غیب جانتا ہوں اور نہ یہ کہتا ہوں کہ میں فرشتہ ہوں اور نہ ان لوگوں کی نسبت جن کو تم حقارت کی نظر سے دیکھتے ہو یہ کہتا ہوں کہ خدا ان کو بھلائی (یعنی اعمال کی جزائے نیک) نہیں دے گا جو ان کے دلوں میں ہے اسے خدا خوب جانتا ہے۔ اگر میں ایسا کہوں تو بےانصافوں میں ہوں

Surah Hud Full Urdu

(1) بلکہ اللہ تعالٰی نے انہیں ایمان کی صورت میں خیر عظیم عطا کر رکھا ہے جس کی بنیاد پر وہ آخرت میں بھی جنت کی نعمتوں سے لطف اندوز ہوں گے اور دنیا میں بھی اللہ تعالٰی چاہے گا، تو بلند مرتبے سے ہمکنار ہوں گے۔ گویا تمہارا ان کو حقیر سمجھنا ان کے لئے نقصان کا باعث نہیں، البتہ تم ہی عند اللہ مجرم ٹھہرو گے کہ اللہ کے نیک بندوں کو، جن کا اللہ کے ہاں بڑا مقام ہے، تم حقیر اور فرومایہ سمجھتے ہو۔
(2) کیونکہ میں ان کی بابت ایسی بات کہوں جس کا مجھے علم نہیں، صرف اللہ جانتا ہے، تو یہ ظلم ہے۔

Surah Hud Ayat 31 meaning in urdu

اور میں تم سے نہیں کہتا کہ میرے پاس اللہ کے خزانے ہیں، نہ یہ کہتا ہوں کہ میں غیب کا علم رکھتا ہوں، نہ یہ میرا دعویٰ ہے کہ میں فرشتہ ہوں اور یہ بھی میں نہیں کہہ سکتا کہ جن لوگوں کو تمہاری آنکھیں حقارت سے دیکھتی ہیں انہیں اللہ نے کوئی بھلائی نہیں دی ان کے نفس کا حال اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے اگر میں ایسا کہوں تو ظالم ہوں گا"

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(11:31) I do not say to you that I possess Allah's treasures, nor that I have access to the realm beyond the ken of sense-perception, nor do I claim to be an angel. *37 Nor do I say regarding those whom you look upon with disdain that Allah will not bestow any good upon them. Allah knows best what is in their hearts. Were I to say so I would be one of the wrongdoers.'

*37). This is a rejoinder to the Prophet Noah's opponents. His opponents tried to discredit him by saying that he appeared to them to be merely an ordinary human being just like any one of them. In response to this Noah acknowledges that he is indeed nothing more than a human being, and that he has never claimed to be anything other than that. Hence, any attack on him on the grounds that he was merely a human being was pointless.
Noah (peace be on him), like other Prophets, had claimed no more than what God had intimated to him about the Straight Way comprising right beliefs and sound principles of behaviour. His people were free to test him in regard to that claim. It was strange, however, that they asked him about a matter which lay beyond the ken of human perception, something which he had never claimed to know They also made strange demands of him which suggested that he possessed the keys to God's treasures. They even taunted him on the grounds that like other human beings he also ate and drank and walked around.
All this was meaningless for Noah (peace be on him) had never claimed to he an angel and that as such he could dispense with necessary physical and biological requirements. All that Noah (peace be on him) had claimed was that he possessed the knowledge needed to guide human beings in matters of belief, moral conduct, and social behaviour. Now, what sense did it make to ask such a person what gender a cow's calf would be? By what stretch of the imagination can one establish a nexus between the pregnancy of a cow and sound principles of individual and social conduct? (See also Towards Understanding the Qur'an, vol. Wala aqoolu lakum AAindee khazainu Allahi wala aAAlamu alghayba wala aqoolu innee malakun wala aqoolu lillatheena tazdaree aAAyunukum lan yutiyahumu Allahu khayran Allahu aAAlamu bima fee anfusihim innee ithan lamina alththalimeena

English - Sahih International

And I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of Allah or that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel, nor do I say of those upon whom your eyes look down that Allah will never grant them any good. Allah is most knowing of what is within their souls. Indeed, I would then be among the wrongdoers."

और मै तो तुमसे ये नहीं कहता कि मेरे पास खुदाई ख़ज़ाने हैं और न (ये कहता हूँ कि) मै ग़ैब वॉ हूँ (गैब का जानने वाला) और ये कहता हूँ कि मै फरिश्ता हूँ और जो लोग तुम्हारी नज़रों में ज़लील हैं उन्हें मै ये नहीं कहता कि ख़ुदा उनके साथ हरगिज़ भलाई नहीं करेगा उन लोगों के दिलों की बात ख़ुदा ही खूब जानता है और अगर मै ऐसा कहूँ तो मै भी यक़ीनन ज़ालिम हूँ

আর আমি তোমাদেরকে বলি না যে, আমার কাছে আল্লাহর ভান্ডার রয়েছে এবং একথাও বলি না যে, আমি গায়বী খবরও জানি; একথাও বলি না যে, আমি একজন ফেরেশতা; আর তোমাদের দৃষ্টিতে যারা লাঞ্ছিত আল্লাহ তাদের কোন কল্যাণ দান করবেন না। তাদের মনের কথা আল্লাহ ভাল করেই জানেন। সুতরাং এমন কথা বললে আমি অন্যায় কারী হব।
