﴿وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُوا عَلَىٰ مَا كُذِّبُوا وَأُوذُوا حَتَّىٰ أَتَاهُمْ نَصْرُنَا ۚ وَلَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَكَ مِن نَّبَإِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ﴾

اور تم سے پہلے کبھی پیغمبر جھٹلائے جاتے رہے تو وہ تکذیب اور ایذا پر صبر کرتے رہے یہاں تک کہ ان کے پاس ہماری مدد پہنچتی رہی اور خدا کی باتوں کو کوئی بھی بدلنے والا نہیں۔ اور تم کو پیغمبروں (کے احوال) کی خبریں پہنچ چکی ہیں (تو تم بھی صبر سے کام لو)

Surah Al-Anam Full Urdu

(1) نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) کی مزید تسلی کے لئے کہا جا رہاہے کہ یہ پہلا واقعہ نہیں ہے کہ کافر اللہ کے پیغمبر کا انکار کر رہے ہیں بلکہ اس سے پہلے بھی بہت سے رسول گزرچکے ہیں جن کی تکذیب کی جاتی رہی ہے۔ پس آپ بھی ان کی اقتدا کرتے ہوئے اسی طرح صبر اور حوصلے سے کام لیں جس طرح انہوں نے تکذیب اور ایذا پر صبر سے کام لیا، حتیٰ کہ آپ کے پاس بھی اسی طرح ہمار ی مدد آجائے، جس طرح پہلے رسولوں کی ہم نے مدد کی اور ہم اپنے وعدے کے خلاف نہیں کرتے۔ ہم نے وعدہ کیا ہوا ہے «إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا» (المؤمن: 51) ”یقیناً ہم اپنے پیغمبروں اور اہل ایمان کی مدد کریں گے“۔ «كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي» (المجادلة: 21) ”اللہ نے یہ فیصلہ کردیا ہے کہ میں اور میرے رسول غالب رہیں گے“، وَغَيْرهَا مِنَ الآيَاتِ . (مثلا الصافات: 171، 172)
(2) بلکہ اس کا وعدہ پورا ہو کر رہے گا کہ آپ کافروں پر غالب ومنصور رہیں گے۔ چنانچہ ایسا ہی ہوا۔
(3) جن سے واضح ہے کہ ابتدا میں گو ان کی قوموں نے انہیں جھٹلایا، انہیں ایذائیں پہنچائیں اور ان کے لئے عرصۂ حیات تنگ کردیا، لیکن بالآخر اللہ کی نصرت سے کامیابی وکامرانی اور نجات ابدی انہی کا مقدر بنی۔

تم سے پہلے بھی بہت سے رسول جھٹلائے جا چکے ہیں، مگر اس تکذیب پر اور اُن اذیتوں پر جو انہیں پہنچائی گئیں، انہوں نے صبر کیا، یہاں تک کہ انہیں ہماری مدد پہنچ گئی اللہ کی باتوں کو بدلنے کی طاقت کسی میں نہیں ہے، اور پچھلے رسولوں کے ساتھ جو کچھ پیش آیا اس کی خبریں تمہیں پہنچ ہی چکی ہیں

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(6:34) Messengers before you have been given the lie to, and they endured with patience their being given the lie to and being persecuted until the time when Our help reached them. None has the power to alter the words of Allah *22. Indeed some account of the Messengers has already reached you.

And certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over meaning

*22). The point emphasized here is that no one has the power to change God's Law regarding the conflict between Truth and falsehood. Lovers of Truth must of necessity pass through trials and persecution so as to be gradually tempered. Their endurance, their honastyy of conviction, their readiness to sacrifice and to undertake all risk for their cause, the strength of their faith and the extent of their trust in God must be tested. They must pass through this phase of persecution to develop in thenselves those qualities which can be developed nowhere else but on earth. They are also required to defeat the forces of ignorance by virtue of their moral excellence and the nobility of their character. Only after they have established their moral superiority over their adversaries will God's help arrive. No one can secure that help before hand.

Walaqad kuththibat rusulun min qablika fasabaroo AAala ma kuththiboo waoothoo hatta atahum nasruna wala mubaddila likalimati Allahi walaqad jaaka min nabai almursaleena

English - Sahih International

And certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over [the effects of] denial, and they were harmed until Our victory came to them. And none can alter the words of Allah. And there has certainly come to you some information about the [previous] messengers.

Quran Hindi translation

और (कुछ तुम ही पर नहीं) तुमसे पहले भी बहुतेरे रसूल झुठलाए जा चुके हैं तो उन्होनें अपने झुठलाए जाने और अज़ीयत (व तकलीफ) पर सब्र किया यहाँ तक कि हमारी मदद उनके पास आयी और (क्यों न आती) ख़ुदा की बातों का कोई बदलने वाला नहीं है और पैग़म्बर के हालात तो तुम्हारे पास पहुँच ही चुके हैं
