Verse 42 from surah Al-Qasas

﴿وَأَتْبَعْنَاهُمْ فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ هُم مِّنَ الْمَقْبُوحِينَ﴾
[ القصص: 42]

اور اس دنیا سے ہم نے اُن کے پیچھے لعنت لگادی اور وہ قیامت کے روز بھی بدحالوں میں ہوں گے

Surah Al-Qasas Full Urdu

(1) یعنی دنیا میں بھی ذلت ورسوائی ان کا مقدر بنی اور آخرت میں بھی وہ بدحال ہوں گے۔ یعنی چہرے سیاہ اور آنکھیں نیلگوں۔ جیسا کہ جہنمیوں کے تذکرے میں آتا ہے۔

ہم نے اِس دنیا میں ان کے پیچھے لعنت لگا دی اور قیامت کے روز وہ بڑی قباحت میں مبتلا ہوں گے


Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(28:42) We set a curse to follow them in this world and on the Day of Resurrection, they shall be involved in an awkward predicament. *58

And We caused to overtake them in this world a curse, and meaning

*58) The words in the Text mean: "On the Day of Resurrection they will be among the maqbuhin ", which has several meanings: (l) They will stand rejected and repulsed; (2) they will be wholly deprived of Allah's mercy; and (3) they will be severely beaten up and their faces will become distorted .

WaatbaAAnahum fee hathihi alddunya laAAnatan wayawma alqiyamati hum mina almaqbooheena

  6. وہ بولے کہ تم (اور کچھ) نہیں مگر ہماری طرح کے آدمی (ہو) اور خدا
  7. نوح نے کہا کہ پروردگار میری قوم نے تو مجھے جھٹلا دیا
  8. تو خدا سے ڈرو اور میری اطاعت کرو
  9. اور ہم نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو اور جو (مخلوقات) ان میں ہے اس کو
  10. اور آسمان کی طرف کہ کیسا بلند کیا گیا ہے
