﴿وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ﴾
[ الليل: 2]
92:2 And [by] the day when it appears
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd Allah takes an oath on the day when it becomes clear and visible.

Waalnnahari itha tajalla

By the Day as it appears in glory;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
