surah Fussilat aya 46 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿مَّنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ أَسَاءَ فَعَلَيْهَا ۗ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ﴾
[ فصلت: 46]
41:46 Whoever does righteousness - it is for his [own] soul; and whoever does evil [does so] against it. And your Lord is not ever unjust to [His] servants.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhoever does good deeds, the benefit of his actions returns to him, because no one’s good deeds benefit Allah.
And whoever does bad deeds, the effect of that return to him because no one’s sins harm Allah.
Allah will soon requite each person according to what they deserve.
O Messenger! Your Lord is not oppressive to His servants; He will never decrease even one good deed of theirs, nor increase an evil one.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Whosoever does righteous good deed it is for (the benefit of) his ownself, and whosoever does evil, it is against his ownself, and your Lord is not at all unjust to (His) slaves.

Man AAamila salihan falinafsihi waman asaa faAAalayha wama rabbuka bithallamin lilAAabeedi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Whoever works righteousness benefits his own soul; whoever works evil, it is against his own soul: nor is thy Lord ever unjust (in the least) to His Servants.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Whosoever does righteous good deed, it is for himself; and whosoever does evil, it is against himself. And your Lord is not at all unjust to (His) servants.

(41:46) Whoever does good, does so to his own benefit; and whoever does evil, will suffer its evil consequence. Your Lord does no wrong to His servants. *59
