Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and (21:96)

﴿حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فُتِحَتْ يَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَهُم مِّن كُلِّ حَدَبٍ يَنسِلُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 96]

21:96 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend

They will never return, even until the barrier of Gog and Magog is opened and they begin emerging, hurriedly descending from every high piece of land.

Until, when Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every mound.

Hatta itha futihat yajooju wamajooju wahum min kulli hadabin yansiloona

Until the Gog and Magog (people) are let through (their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every hill.

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Until, when Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog people) are let loose, and they swoop down from every Hadab.
