32:17 And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

So no one knows what things Allah has prepared for it in terms of bringing coolness and joy to the eyes, as a reward for the good deeds it would do in the world.
It is a reward that no one except Allah can comprehend, due to its greatness.

No person knows what is kept hidden for them of joy as a reward for what they used to do.

Fala taAAlamu nafsun ma okhfiya lahum min qurrati aAAyunin jazaan bima kanoo yaAAmaloona

Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (good) deeds.
