15:2 Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

On the Day of Judgement, when things become clear to them, the disbelievers will wish they were Muslim.
The falsity of their ways in the world will be made clear to them.


Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Perhaps (often) will those who disbelieve wish that they were Muslims [those who have submitted themselves to Allah's Will in Islam Islamic Monotheism, this will be on the Day of Resurrection when they will see the disbelievers going to Hell and the Muslims going to Paradise].
