surah Furqan aya 25 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَيَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ السَّمَاءُ بِالْغَمَامِ وَنُزِّلَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَنزِيلًا﴾
[ الفرقان: 25]
25:25 And [mention] the Day when the heaven will split open with [emerging] clouds, and the angels will be sent down in successive descent.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishMention - O Messenger - the day when the sky will split apart to reveal thin white clouds, and the angels will be sent down to the plains of the gathering in abundance due to their large number.

And (remember) the Day when the heaven shall be rent asunder with clouds, and the angels will be sent down, with a grand descending.

Wayawma tashaqqaqu alssamao bialghamami wanuzzila almalaikatu tanzeelan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
The Day the heaven shall be rent asunder with clouds, and angels shall be sent down, descending (in ranks),-
