surah Anam aya 24 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿انظُرْ كَيْفَ كَذَبُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۚ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 24]
6:24 See how they will lie about themselves. And lost from them will be what they used to invent.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishLook, O Muhammad, how these people lied about themselves by denying that they associated partners with Allah.
The partners that they set-up with Allah in this worldly life have disappeared and deserted them.

Look! How they lie against themselves! But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them.

Onthur kayfa kathaboo AAala anfusihim wadalla AAanhum ma kanoo yaftaroona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Behold! how they lie against their own souls! But the (lie) which they invented will leave them in the lurch.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Look! How they lie against themselves! But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them.
