surah Ghafir aya 48 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُلٌّ فِيهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَكَمَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ﴾
[ غافر: 48]
40:48 Those who had been arrogant will say, "Indeed, all [of us] are in it. Indeed, Allah has judged between the servants."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe arrogant leaders will say: “We are in the fire, regardless of whether we were followers or leaders.
None of us will bear a part of the punishment of the Hereafter.
Allah has decided between the servants, so He has given everyone the punishment they deserve”.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Those who were arrogant will say: "We are all (together) in this (Fire)! Verily Allah has judged between (His) slaves!"

Qala allatheena istakbaroo inna kullun feeha inna Allaha qad hakama bayna alAAibadi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who had been arrogant will say: "We are all in this (Fire)! Truly, Allah has judged between (his) Servants!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Those who were arrogant will say: "We are all (together) in this (Fire)! Verily, Allah has judged between (His) servants!"

(40:48) Those who had waxed proud will reply: 'All of us are in it. Allah has already passed His judgement among His servants.' *65

*65) That is, Both you and we have already been sentenced and Allah has passed His judgement regarding each of us. Now it does not lie in anyone's power to change the sentence of Allah, or to make any increase or decrease in the punishment awarded by Him."

وہ بڑے بننے والے جواب دیں گے "ہم سب یہاں ایک حال میں ہیں، اور اللہ بندوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کر چکا ہے"
