surah Hajj aya 8 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَابٍ مُّنِيرٍ﴾
[ الحج: 8]
22:8 And of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening book [from Him],
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAmong the disbelievers is he who argues regarding the oneness of Allah and regarding His sending His Messenger with guidance, without any proof from sound reasoning or clear sound texts, but solely due to his desires.

Yet there is among men such a one as disputes about Allah, without Knowledge, without Guidance, and without a Book of Enlightenment,-

And of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge meaning
*10) That is, they are so stiff-necked, proud, arrogant, obdurate and obstinate that they do not pay any heed to "Admonition".
*11) "Knowledge": that personal information which is gained directly through observation and experience.
*12) "Guidance": that information which is gained .by reasoning or through another person who has knowledge.
*13) `'Illuminating Book": Source of information gained from Divine Revelation.
