﴿يُسَبِّحُونَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ لَا يَفْتُرُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 20]
21:20 They exalt [Him] night and day [and] do not slacken.

Quran 21:20 Tafsir Al-Jalalayn
They glorify Him night and day and they do not falter in it for it comes to them as naturally as breathing comes to us something which we can never be distracted from.
Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
They .celebrate and glorify their Creator and extol His glorious attributes night and day and they never lose vigour, grow dull nor do they lose interest
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
( They glorify (Him ) night and day) they pray to Him at night and during the day; ( they flag not ) they do not get bored of worshipping Allah and of acknowledging His Lordship.

They (i.e. the angels) glorify His Praises night and day, (and) they never slacken (to do so).
