Wahuwa allathee yabdao alkhalqa thumma yuAAeeduhu wahuwa ahwanu AAalayhi walahu almathalu al-aAAla (surah Rum: 27)

﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَىٰ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ﴾
[ الروم: 27]

Wahuwa allathee yabdao alkhalqa thumma yuAAeeduhu wahuwa ahwanu AAalayhi walahu almathalu al-aAAla fee assamawati wal-ardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeem

wa huwallażī yabda`ul-khalqa ṡumma yu'īduhụ wa huwa ahwanu 'alaīh, wa lahul-maṡalul-a'lā fis-samāwāti wal-arḍ, wa huwal-'azīzul-ḥakīm

English translation of the meaning

And it is He who begins creation; then He repeats it, and that is [even] easier for Him. To Him belongs the highest attribute in the heavens and earth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Wa Huwa Al-Ladhi Yabda`u Al-Khalqa Thumma Yu`iduhu Wa Huwa `Ahwanu `Alayhi Wa Lahu Al-Mathalu Al-`A`la Fi As-Samawati Wa Al-`Arđi Wa Huwa Al-`Azizu Al-Hakimu

And He it is Who originates the creation, then will repeat it (after it has been perished), and this is easier for Him.
