Wamin ayatihi khalqu assamawati wal-ardi wama baththa feehima min dabbatin wahuwa AAala (surah shura: 29)

﴿وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ﴾
[ الشورى: 29]

Wamin ayatihi khalqu assamawati wal-ardi wama baththa feehima min dabbatin wahuwa AAala jamAAihim itha yashao qadeer

wa min āyātihī khalqus-samāwāti wal-arḍi wa mā baṡṡa fīhimā min dābbah, wa huwa 'alā jam'ihim iżā yasyā`u qadīr

English translation of the meaning

And of his signs is the creation of the heavens and earth and what He has dispersed throughout them of creatures. And He, for gathering them when He wills, is competent.

Wa Min `Ayatihi Khalqu As-Samawati Wa Al-`Arđi Wa Ma Baththa Fihima Min Dabbatin Wa Huwa `Ala Jam`ihim `Idha Yasha`u Qadirun

And among His Ayat (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, etc.) is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and whatever moving (living) creatures He has dispersed in them both. And He is All-Potent over their assembling (i.e. resurrecting them on the Day of Resurrection after their death, and dispersion of their bodies) whenever He will.
