﴿أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 17]
(اور اس لئے آئے ہیں) کہ آپ بنی اسرائیل کو ہمارے ساتھ جانے کی اجازت دیں
Surah Ash-Shuara Full Urdu(1) یعنی ایک بات یہ کہو کہ ہم تیرے پاس اپنی مرضی سے نہیں آئے بلکہ رب العالمین کے نمائندے اور اس کے رسول کی حیثیت سے آئے ہیں اور دوسری بات یہ کہ تو نے (چار سو سال سے) بنی اسرائیل کو غلام بنا رکھا ہے، ان کو آزاد کردے تاکہ میں انہیں شام کی سرز مین پر لے جاؤں، جس کا اللہ نے ان سے وعدہ کیا ہوا ہے۔

*13) The Mission of the Prophets Moses and Aaron was twofold: First, to invite Pharaoh to the worship and obedience of Allah which has been the foremost aim of the Mission of every Prophet, and secondly, to liberate the Israelites from the bondage of Pharaoh, which was specifically assigned to them. The Qur`an has mentioned sometimes only the first part of their Mission (as in Surah An-Nazi`at) and sometimes only the second.

- تو اس پر سونے کے کنگن کیوں نہ اُتارے گئے یا (یہ ہوتا کہ) فرشتے
