﴿فَإِنْ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰ أَنَّهُمَا اسْتَحَقَّا إِثْمًا فَآخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَوْلَيَانِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ لَشَهَادَتُنَا أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَادَتِهِمَا وَمَا اعْتَدَيْنَا إِنَّا إِذًا لَّمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ﴾
[ المائدة: 107]

English - Sahih International

5:107 But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah, "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers."

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

If, after the oath is taken, it is established that the witnesses lied in their testimony or in the oath, then let two others who are closest to the deceased take an oath on the truth in their place.
These new witnesses should take an oath by Allah saying, ‘Our testimony about their lying and deceit is closer to the truth than their testimony about their honesty and trustworthiness.
We have not taken a false oath.
If we do so, we will be from the wrongdoers who overstep Allah’s limits’.

They are sworn that their evidence is more consistent with fact than that given by the other two men, whom, they say, we do not falsely accuse of perjury nor do we give false evidence lest we would be wrongful of actions

(5:107) Then if it is discovered later that the two are guilty of such sin, then two others shall stand in their place from among those against whom the two had sinfully deposed, and swear by Allah: 'Our testimony is truer than the testimony of the other two, and we have not transgressed in our statement; for then indeed we would become wrong-doers.'

لیکن اگر پتہ چل جائے کہ ان دونوں نے اپنے آپ کو گناہ میں مبتلا کیا ہے تو پھر ان کی جگہ دو اور شخص جو ان کی بہ نسبت شہادت دینے کے لیے اہل تر ہوں ان لوگوں میں سے کھڑے ہوں جن کی حق تلفی ہوئی ہو، اور وہ خدا کی قسم کھا کر کہیں کہ "ہماری شہادت اُن کی شہادت سے زیادہ بر حق ہے اور ہم نے اپنے گواہی میں کوئی زیادتی نہیں کی ہے، اگر ہم ایسا کریں تو ظالموں میں سے ہوں گے"
