﴿وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا﴾
[ الشمس: 2]
91:2 And [by] the moon when it follows it
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe also takes an oath on the moon when it follows the sun after it has set.

Waalqamari itha talaha
