surah Kahf aya 23 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا تَقُولَنَّ لِشَيْءٍ إِنِّي فَاعِلٌ ذَٰلِكَ غَدًا﴾
[ الكهف: 23]
18:23 And never say of anything, "Indeed, I will do that tomorrow,"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishDo not say - O Prophet - about anything that you want to do tomorrow: “I am going to do this tomorrow,” because you do not know whether you will do it or you will be prevented from doing so? This is a directive for every Muslim.

And never say of anything, "I shall do such and such thing tomorrow."

Wala taqoolanna lishayin innee faAAilun thalika ghadan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Nor say of anything, "I shall be sure to do so and so tomorrow"-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And never say of anything, "I shall do such and such thing tomorrow."
