surah Insan aya 29 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ تَذْكِرَةٌ ۖ فَمَن شَاءَ اتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلًا﴾
[ الإنسان: 29]
76:29 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIndeed, this Sūrah is a piece of advice and a reminder; whoever wishes to take it as a path to the pleasure of his Lord should do so.

Verily! This (Verses of the Quran) is an admonition, so whosoever wills, let him take a Path to his Lord (Allah).

Inna hathihi tathkiratun faman shaa ittakhatha ila rabbihi sabeelan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord.
