surah Fussilat aya 41 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِالذِّكْرِ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ ۖ وَإِنَّهُ لَكِتَابٌ عَزِيزٌ﴾
[ فصلت: 41]
41:41 Indeed, those who disbelieve in the message after it has come to them... And indeed, it is a mighty Book.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIndeed, those who disbelieved in the Qur’ān when it came to them from Allah will definitely be punished on the Day of Judgement.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily, those who disbelieved in the Reminder (i.e. the Quran) when it came to them (shall receive the punishment). And verily, it is an honourable respected Book (because it is Allah's Speech, and He has protected it from corruption, etc.). (See V. 15:9]

Inna allatheena kafaroo bialththikri lamma jaahum wainnahu lakitabun AAazeezun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who reject the Message when it comes to them (are not hidden from Us). And indeed it is a Book of exalted power.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, those who disbelieved in the Reminder when it came to them. And verily, it is an honorable well-fortified respected Book.

Indeed, those who disbelieve in the message after it has come to meaning
*51) "A mighty Book": An unchanging Book, which cannot be defeated by tricks and cunning devices, which the worshippers of falsehood are employing against it. It has the force of the Truth in it, the force of true knowledge, the force of argument and reason, the force of eloquence and style, the force of Divinity of God Who sent it, and the force of the personality of the Messenger who presented it. No one, therefore, can defeat it by falsehood and hollow propaganda .
