surah Ibrahim aya 43 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لَا يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ ۖ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاءٌ﴾
[ إبراهيم: 43]
14:43 Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts are void.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhen people will come forth from their graves, hurrying towards the caller, with their heads raised and anxiously gazing at the sky.
Their gaze does not come back to them, but remains fixed because of the horror they witness.
Their hearts are empty and are unable to comprehend, and they have no sense of understanding due to the terrifying thing they witness.

(They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear).

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
They running forward with necks outstretched, their heads uplifted, their gaze returning not towards them, and their hearts a (gaping) void!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
