surah Nahl aya 95 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ النحل: 95]
16:95 And do not exchange the covenant of Allah for a small price. Indeed, what is with Allah is best for you, if only you could know.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishDo not exchange the oath you took in Allah’s name for a small amount, not fulfilling the pledge or not being sincere in it.
The victory and booty that Allah has in the world and the perpetual bliss that He has in the afterlife is better for you than the small amount that you take for breaking the pledge, if only you knew that.

And purchase not a small gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant. Verily! What is with Allah is better for you if you did but know.

Wala tashtaroo biAAahdi Allahi thamanan qaleelan innama AAinda Allahi huwa khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Nor sell the covenant of Allah for a miserable price: for with Allah is (a prize) far better for you, if ye only knew.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And do not use an oath by Allah for the purchase of little value, what is with Allah is better for you if you only knew.

(16:95) Do not barter away the Covenant *96 of Allah for paltry gains: *97 Indeed what is with Allah is far better for you if you knew it.

*96) That is, "The Covenant that you may make in the name of Allah as a representative of His religion. "
*97) It does not mean that they should barter away Allah's Covenant for some big gain. What it implies is that any worldly gain howsoever great, is insignificant as compared with the worth of Allah's Covenant. Therefore, it will be a losing bargain to barter that away for any worldly gain, which is after all paltry.
