﴿وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ﴾
[ البقرة: 45]
2:45 And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]
