surah Hijr aya 56 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلَّا الضَّالُّونَ﴾
[ الحجر: 56]
15:56 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAbraham said: Does anyone despair from the mercy of his Lord but those who have deviated from Allah’s straight path?!

[Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?"

Qala waman yaqnatu min rahmati rabbihi illa alddalloona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are astray"
