Quran 11:123 Tafsir Al-Jalalayn

And to God belongs the Unseen of the heavens and the earth that is the knowledge of what is concealed within them and to Him all matters are returned read active yarji‘u meaning ‘return’ or passive yurja‘u meaning ‘are returned’ and He will exact retribution from those who were disobedient. So worship Him affirm His Oneness and rely on Him trust in Him for He is sufficient for you and your Lord is not heedless of what they do but He defers dealing with them until their appointed time a variant reading has ta‘malūn ‘what you do’.

Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim

To Allah, alone, belongs the knowledge of all that is unknown, invisible and unseen in the heavens and the earth, and to Him, the ultimate Authority are committed and submitted all matters and all affairs for consideration, decision and execution here and Hereafter. Therefore, worship Him and adore Him with appropriate acts and rites and put your trust in Him; He is never oblivious of all that you do

Quran 11:123 Tafsir Ibn Kathir

Allah, the Exalted, informs that He is the All-Knower of the unseenof the heavens and the earth and that unto Him is the final return. He explains that everyone who does a deed, He will give them their deed ( reward for it ) on the Day of Reckoning.
Unto Him belongs the creation and the command.
Then He, the Exalted, commands that He should be worshipped and relied upon, for verily, He is sufficient for whoever trusts and turns to Him.
Concerning His statement, وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَـفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ ( And your Lord is not unaware of what you do. ) This means, `The lies ( of the disbelievers ) against you O Muhammad are not hidden from Him.
He is the All-Knower of the conditions of His creatures and He will give them the perfect recompense for their deeds in this life and the Hereafter.
He will aid you ( Muhammad ) and His party over the disbelievers in this life and in the Hereafter.' This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Hud, and all praises and thanks are due to Allah.

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(11:123) All that is hidden in the heavens and the earth lies within the power of Allah. To Him are all matters referred for judgement. So do serve Him, and place in Him all your trust. Your Lord is not heedless of what you do. *117

And to Allah belong the unseen [aspects] meaning

*117).
God is cognizant of all that is being done by the two panics engaged in the encounter between belief and unbelief.
It is simply inconceivable that there should be chaos and disorder in God's realm.
For God's realm is not the realm of a negligent, heedless sovereign who is unaware of what is going on, However, since God is Wise and Forbearing, He does not resort to punishing people hastily.
However, justice is eventually meted out and those who deserve punishment are ultimately punished.
Thus, all those who are engaged in the effort to bring about reform, should feel reassured that their efforts will not be wasted.

On the other hand, there are also those who are engaged in making and perpetuating mischief, who have focused all their efforts on brutally persecuting reformers and suppressing their reform efforts.
Such people should know that all their evil deeds are known to God, and that they will be made to pay very dearly for these misdeeds.

Tafsir Maarif-ul-Quran Mufti Muhammad Shafi

Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs

( And Allah’s is the Invisible of the heavens and the earth ) that which is hidden from the servants, ( and unto Him the whole matter will be returned ) the matter of the servants will be returned to Him. ( So worship Him ) so obey Him ( and put thy trust in Him ) rely on Him. ( Lo! thy Lord is not unaware of what ye (mortals ) do) of transgressions; it is also said that this means: Allah will not fail to punish you for what you do nor is He oblivious to it’.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And to Allah belongs the Ghaib (unseen) of the heavens and the earth, and to Him return all affairs (for decision). So worship Him (O Muhammad SAW) and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you (people) do."
