Surah Fatir ayat 31 Tafsir Quran 35:31

﴿وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِ لَخَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ﴾
[ فاطر: 31]

35:31 And that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], of the Book is the truth, confirming what was before it. Indeed, Allah, of His servants, is Acquainted and Seeing.

And that which We have revealed to you of the Book the Qur’ān is the truth confirming what was revealed before it in other words confirming the Books that came before it. Indeed with regard to His servants God is truly Aware and Seeing knowing both their inward and outward aspects.

And rest assured O Muhammad that all that We inspire to you of the Book -the Quran- is indeed the truth personified. It corroborates and confirms what had preceded of divine Books and Scriptures. He is indeed Khabirun (Omniscient) and Bassirun (the Omnipresent) Whose constant vigilance is extended to all His creatures

The Qur'an is The true Book of Allah وَالَّذِى أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ And what We have revealed to you -- O Muhلammad, of the Book, i.e., the Qur a0n, هُوَ الْحَقُّ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ( it is the (very ) truth confirming that which was ( revealed ) before it.) means, of the previous books.
It confirms them just as they bore witness to the coming of the Qur'an and that it would be sent down from the Lord of the worlds. إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِ لَخَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ ( Verily, Allah is indeed All-Aware and All-Seer of His servants. ) means, He is All-Aware of them and knows who deserves to receive the blessing which He may give to him and not to others.
the Prophets and the Messengers are favored above the rest of mankind, and some of the Prophets were given more than others and given higher status than others.
The position given to Muhammad is higher than that of all the others, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon them all.

(35:31) (O Prophet), the Book We have revealed to you is the Truth, confirming the Books that came before it. *53 Verily Allah is well aware of His servants and sees everything. *54

And that which We have revealed to meaning

*53) It means: This Book is not presenting anything new which might be opposed to the teaching brought by the former Prophets, but it is presenting the same eternal Truth which all the Prophets have been presenting from the very beginning.
"
*54) The object of mentioning these attributes of Allah here is to arouse the people to the aims and ideals in which their true well being lies, to the principles which alone can afford the right guidance and to the rules and regulations which are precisely in accordance with them.
None can know these except Allah, because He alone is aware of the nature of His servants and its demands, and He alone watches over their well-being and affairs.
The people do not know their own selves as much as their Creator knows them.
Therefore, the truth is that, and can only be that, which He has taught by Revelation.

( As for that which We inspire in thee ) as for that with which We send Gabriel to you ( of the Scripture ) i.e. the Qur’an, ( it is the Truth confirming ) Allah’s divine Oneness and also agrees with some laws ( that which was (revealed ) before it) of earlier Scriptures. ( Lo! Allah is indeed Observer ) He is aware of those who believe and those who do not, ( Seer of his slaves ) He sees their works.

And what We have inspired in you (O Muhammad SAW), of the Book (the Quran), it is the (very) truth [that you (Muhammad SAW) and your followers must act on its instructions], confirming that which was (revealed) before it. Verily! Allah is indeed AllAware, and AllSeer of His slaves.
