Fasbir AAala ma yaqooloona wasabbih bihamdi rabbika qabla tulooAAi ashshamsi waqabla ghuroobiha (surah TaHa: 130)

﴿فَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا ۖ وَمِنْ آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَىٰ﴾

faṣbir 'alā mā yaqụlụna wa sabbiḥ biḥamdi rabbika qabla ṭulụ'isy-syamsi wa qabla gurụbihā, wa min ānā`il-laili fa sabbiḥ wa aṭrāfan-nahāri la'allaka tarḍā

English translation of the meaning

So be patient over what they say and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting; and during periods of the night [exalt Him] and at the ends of the day, that you may be satisfied.

پس اے محمدؐ، جو باتیں یہ لوگ بناتے ہیں اُن پر صبر کرو، اور اپنے رب کی حمد و ثنا کے ساتھ اُس کی تسبیح کرو سورج نکلنے سے پہلے اور غروب ہونے سے پہلے، اور رات کے اوقات میں بھی تسبیح کرو اور دن کے کناروں پر بھی، شاید کہ تم راضی ہو جاؤ

So bear patiently (O Muhammad SAW) what they say, and glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun, and before its setting, and during some of the hours of the night, and at the sides of the day (an indication for the five compulsory congregational prayers), that you may become pleased with the reward which Allah shall give you.

Maka sabarlah engkau (Muhammad) atas apa yang mereka katakan, dan bertasbihlah dengan memuji Tuhanmu, sebelum matahari terbit, dan sebelum terbenam; dan bertasbihlah (pula) pada waktu tengah malam dan di ujung siang hari, agar engkau merasa tenang.
