﴿وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ أَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ آيَةً ۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا﴾
[ الفرقان: 37]

اور نوح کی قوم نے بھی جب پیغمبروں کو جھٹلایا تو ہم نے انہیں غرق کر ڈالا اور لوگوں کے لئے نشانی بنا دیا۔ اور ظالموں کے لئے ہم نے دکھ دینے والا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے

یہی حال قوم نوحؑ کا ہوا جب انہوں نے رسولوں کی تکذیب کی ہم نے اُن کو غرق کر دیا اور دنیا بھر کے لوگوں کے لیے ایک نشان عبرت بنا دیا اور ان ظالموں کے لیے ایک دردناک عذاب ہم نے مہیا کر رکھا ہے

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(25:37) The same was the case with the people of Noah when they charged the Messenger with imposture: *50 We drowned them and made them a sign of warning for entire mankind, and We have prepared a painful chastisement for the unjust. *51

And the people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We meaning

*50) They did not charge only Prophet Noah with imposture because he was a man, but, in fact, charged all the Prophets with imposture because they were aII human beings.
*51) That is, a painful chastisement in the Hereafter.

Waqawma noohin lamma kaththaboo alrrusula aghraqnahum wajaAAalnahum lilnnasi ayatan waaAAtadna lilththalimeena AAathaban aleeman

English - Sahih International

And the people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them for mankind a sign. And We have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment.

Quran Hindi translation

और नूह की क़ौम को जब उन लोगों ने (हमारे) पैग़म्बरों को झुठलाया तो हमने उन्हें डुबो दिया और हमने उनको लोगों (के हैरत) की निशानी बनाया और हमने ज़ालिमों के वास्ते दर्दनाक अज़ाब तैयार कर रखा है

নূহের সম্প্রদায় যখন রসূলগণের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করল, তখন আমি তাদেরকে নিমজ্জত করলাম এবং তাদেরকে মানবমন্ডলীর জন্যে নিদর্শন করে দিলাম। জালেমদের জন্যে আমি যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি।
