surah Anbiya aya 103 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَا يَحْزُنُهُمُ الْفَزَعُ الْأَكْبَرُ وَتَتَلَقَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ هَٰذَا يَوْمُكُمُ الَّذِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 103]
21:103 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" -
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe great horror of the hellfire when it surrounds its inhabitants shall not scare them, and the angels will welcome them with glad tidings, saying: “This is your day that you were promised in the world; the one you were given glad tidings of receiving bounties in!”

The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised."

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised."
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
The greatest terror will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting:) "This is your Day which you were promised."

Nor shall they be disturbed, grieved nor shocked by the overwhelming terror -of The Day of Judgement- and they shall be received with a hearty welcome by the angels who put their minds at rest and say to them: this is the happy day you were promised

(21:103) the time of the great fright will not trouble them at all; *98 the angels will rush forth to receive them, saying: "This is the very Day which you were promised!"

*98) That is, "The time of mustering and going before Allah will be very dreadful for the common people but the righteous people will have full peace of mind because everything will be happening according to their expectations. Their faith and the righteous deeds they did in the world, will help console them by the grace of Allah and, instead of grief and sorrow, they will be filled with the hope that they are going to get their promised rewards."
