surah Jathiyah aya 11 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿هَٰذَا هُدًى ۖ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ﴾
[ الجاثية: 11]
45:11 This [Qur'an] is guidance. And those who have disbelieved in the verses of their Lord will have a painful punishment of foul nature.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis book which I revealed to My Messenger Muhammad is a guide to the true path.
And those who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord which were revealed to His Messenger will have a bad, painful punishment.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
This (Quran) is a guidance. And those who disbelieve in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, for them there is a painful torment of Rijz (a severe kind of punishment).

Hatha hudan waallatheena kafaroo biayati rabbihim lahum AAathabun min rijzin aleemin
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
This is (true) Guidance and for those who reject the Signs of their Lord, is a grievous Penalty of abomination.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
This is guidance. And those who disbelieve in the Ayat of their Lord, for them there is a painful torment of Rijz.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
