﴿هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ﴾
[ آل عمران: 138]
3:138 This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis noble Qur’ān is a clarification of the truth, and a warning against what is false, for all people.
It shows the path to guidance and the limits for the Mindful, because it is they who benefit from the guidance it contains.
