surah Raad aya 21 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ وَيَخَافُونَ سُوءَ الْحِسَابِ﴾
[ الرعد: 21]
13:21 And those who join that which Allah has ordered to be joined and fear their Lord and are afraid of the evil of [their] account,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThey are those who join everything that Allah commands to be joined, such as ties with family and their fellow brothers for the sake of Allah, who are in such awe of their Lord that it moves them to carry out His instructions and refrain from His prohibitions, and who fear that Allah will take them to account for every sin they commit, for any person whose account is scrutinised will be ruined.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Those who join that which Allah has commanded to be joined (i.e. they are good to their relatives and do not sever the bond of kinship), fear their Lord, and dread the terrible reckoning (i.e. abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which Allah has forbidden and perform all kinds of good deeds which Allah has ordained).

Waallatheena yasiloona ma amara Allahu bihi an yoosala wayakhshawna rabbahum wayakhafoona sooa alhisabi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who join together those things which Allah hath commanded to be joined, hold their Lord in awe, and fear the terrible reckoning;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And those who join that which Allah has commanded to be joined and fear their Lord, and dread the terrible reckoning.

(13:21) They join together what Allah has bidden to join: *38 they fear their Lord and dread lest they should be called upon to render a heavy reckoning.
