surah Furqan aya 23 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ هَبَاءً مَّنثُورًا﴾
[ الفرقان: 23]
25:23 And We will regard what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI shall turn to the good deeds the disbelievers did in the world and due to their invalidity and lack of benefit because of their disbelief, I will scatter them like the particles of dust a person sees in the window.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And We shall turn to whatever deeds they (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) did, and We shall make such deeds as scattered floating particles of dust.

Waqadimna ila ma AAamiloo min AAamalin fajaAAalnahu habaan manthooran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
