Verse 24 from surah Ash-Shuara

﴿قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 24]

English - Sahih International

26:24 [Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Moses said in response to Pharaoh: The Lord of all created things is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Lord of whatever is between them.
If you are certain that He is your Lord then worship Him alone.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Musa (Moses) said: "Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, if you seek to be convinced with certainty."
